Two one-day trainings for executives from Henkel Bulgaria

 

3. Our approach


Our purpose was to upgrade the conducting recruitment interview skills of the managers from Henkel Bulgaria as part of internal project “Hiring People”.  The group contained 15 managers - middle management – from Henkel with different level of competence for recruitment interviews.

 

First step was to examine the group needs by meetings with their representatives (managers from Henkel) to outline “the Entry and the Exit level” for developing training skills. Interview with managers were planned who has different level of competence for recruitment skills. As a result we created cooperative training program.

 

Second step – Conducting the specialized training program


Training goals:

  • To present the HIRE project and to pay better attention to partnership between HR department and the business in Henkel Bulgaria for the recruitment process in the company;
  • To develop recruitment skills form managers in Henkel;
  • To assist in building a strategy for recruitment process optimization.

The training conducted at November 2008 and January 2009.

 

This project is a part of our long-term partnership with Henkel Bulgaria as one of their training suppliers in Bulgaria.
