APPRECIATIVE ENQUIRY - Through this method we answer the questions: How can we mobilize our resources for positive future change?” and “ how can we find and develop our strong organizational qualities and how to spread them to each company member?” This method has real motivational effect, which you can achieve after some meetings for active work with groups from 10 to 100 participants. Positive Change Process occurs from a couple weeks to months or even years.

The four processes with positive essence are:

  1. DISCOVER – Admitting “ What it is?”
  2. DREAM – Imagining “ What it could be?”
  3. DESIGN – Definition “ What it should be?”
  4. DESTINY (or DELIVER) – Creation “ What is it going to be?”
