3. Our methods of approach
By request from the management team in Carlsber Bulgaria, based on our previous trainings for the company and a conducted research of the needs of the mid-level managers we created a specialized program.
During the first day of the training we revealed the role of attestation for the effective management of the personnel, its main components, examples and we did practical exercise which included the application of the introduced theory.
During the second day of the training we covered the structure of the attestation interview and we conducted role-plays that simulated a real interview.
