Since 2007 Together offers the possibility for the convenience of its customers who would like to observe how we work or send a couple of its employees on the following open courses. They aim to improve your skills and to create a network of specialists from different branches, who would like to develop TOGETHER.
Xpert personal business skills
A German certified educational system, that covers a variety of soft skills. Part of the key competences included in the system are speaking and negotiation, effective planning, discussion and arguing, moderation of group processes and effective presentations.
Train the trainers (ToT)
Three open seminars, which utilises the knowledge and experience of the participants to improve key competences which are important for every trainer. During the seminars we introduce the methods of "World Cafe", the technology of creating future space and a seminar for creating the future.
